3WLogic to Provide Digital Phone Service

Local company is delivering digital phone service and wireless high speed broadband Internet to rural WV


BUCKHANNON - West Virginia's largest wireless internet provider, 3WLogic, today announced its will be offering digital phone service to complement is rapidly growing high speed internet services. 3WLogic’s parent company, Micrologic, Inc., has been owned and operated in WV for over 15 years.

3WLogic (www.3WLogic.com) will be offering Digital Phones service utilizing Voice Over IP technology. Residential customers will get high speed broadband Internet with free local and long distance telephone service for just under $50. The service is operational and will be deployed throughout 3WLogic’s coverage areas during the 1st quarter of 2007. The Buckhannon-based Internet service provider already has towers in Upshur, Randolph, Lewis, Marion, Harrison, and Barbour counties.

“We are continuing to aggressively expand our service area to cover all of North Central West Virginia and now we are expanding our products to meet customer demand” President Emiel Butcher said. “This is just one more step in meeting our overall goals.”

In addition to residential high speed Internet and digital phone service, Butcher said that the company can provide the same quality services to commercial businesses as well.

Butcher also stated, "By enhancing our leading edge technology with this new offering, we can begin providing our customers what they demand – bundled services. Now our customers can get both their broadband internet and phone service on one bill for what they used to pay for just phone service."
